How does the Procore connection work? +
There are two steps. First, a workspace admin connects your Procore company account and selects which projects to enable. Then each crew member links their own Procore account so logs are submitted under their name. Both connections use secure OAuth and tokens are encrypted at rest.
What daily log types does Conkoa support? +
Conkoa supports 13 Procore daily log types including manpower, notes, weather, safety violations, accidents, delays, visitors, equipment, inspections, quantities, work logs, waste, and daily construction reports. Admins choose which log types to collect per project when setting up a flow.
Can I review logs before they're submitted? +
Always. After collecting your input, Conkoa presents a structured summary of every extracted entry. You can ask for changes or corrections in the conversation. Nothing is submitted to Procore until you explicitly confirm.
How do automated reminders work? +
Admins configure a daily log flow by picking a project, which log types to collect, the crew members to prompt, and a time of day. Conkoa sends each person a DM at the scheduled time in their timezone — they reply with a voice message and walk through the submission in a conversational thread.
Does this work in other languages? +
Yes. Crew members can speak in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, French, Russian, or English. Conkoa conducts the entire conversation in their preferred language and submits the structured data to Procore in English.
How does Conkoa match vendors and locations? +
Conkoa syncs your project's vendors, trades, and locations from Procore. When a crew member mentions a company or location by name, the AI automatically matches it to the correct Procore record so the log entry links up properly.
